Communication

Confirmation and information will be made via email, phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

Reservation

  • Full name and number of passengers
  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Flight details
  • Tour code and name
  • Passport numbers

Confirmation

Cancellations should be made at least one month before arrival for groups, and one week for individuals. While we do not charge cancellation fees, hotels and carriers may apply charges depending on the situation.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for delayed flights or personal accidents that affect your program or add to your personal expenses beyond our control.

High Season Period

  • December 20 – January 10
  • July – August
  • Easter Holiday
  • Chinese New Year
  • 7 days before and after Idul Fitri

Guides

All tours include an English or Indonesian-speaking guide. Other languages are available upon request with additional costs, subject to availability and tour type.

Transfer

Transfer rates include meeting service, porter fee (2 luggage), transportation, and reconfirmation of onward travel.

Package Includes

Transfers and tours by luxury vehicle or bus, accommodation in double/twin shared rooms at hotels or cottages.

Package Excludes

International/domestic flights, airport taxes, optional tours, liquor, excess baggage, tips, long-distance calls, personal expenses.

Rates

Rates are per person in USD or Rupiah, based on current exchange rates.

Refund

No refund will be given for unused services during the tour.

Payment

50% deposit upon confirmation/invoice. Full payment is due one week before departure. For short-term bookings, full payment is required immediately. Payments must be transferred to:

RESERVATION

To enable us to handle your requirement efficiently, maximum details are necessary  :

  • Name and total of passengers
  • Arrival and departure date
  • Flight details
  • Code and name of tour
  • Passport Number

 

CONFIRMATION

Cancellation should be made at least one month prior to arrival for groups and one week for individual. Cancellation is not charged by us, how ever hotels an carriers do charge depending on circumstances. These tax must be debited to concerned agent.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

We don’t have responsibility in cases of liability delayed airplanes or other personal accident which bring about delayed program and increases your personal expenses which are beyond our control.

GUIDES

All transfer and tour arrangement are including English or Indonesian  Speaking Guide. Guides specializing in order languages are subject to request and availability and cost more, depending on place, language and kind of tour.

 

TRANSFER

Transfer rate are including meeting service and assistance at the air port and harbour. Porter fee for two pieces reasonable sized luggage, transportation and reconfirmation of onward travel reservation.

 

PACKAGES INCLUDES

Transfer and tours by luxury vehicle  or bus specified in the participants of tour .  Accommodation at hotel / cottage based on double or  twin share

 

 

 

PACKAGE EXCLUDES

Airfares of International and domestic flight, airport taxes, optional tour, liquor, excess baggage, tips, long distance calls and items of personal expensive.

RATES

All rates are quoted per person in US. Dollar or Rupiah, based on current exchange rates.

 

REFUND

No refund will be given for any unused service during the tour.

 

PAYMENT

On receipt of the confirmation / invoice, a down payment of 50 % has to be made. The payment has to be full settle one weeks before departure. In case of a short-term reservation, the full payment to be transferred  immediately. The payment should be remitted to our account  PT.FLORES KOMODO HOLIDAY
